My name is Kendra Fournier, I am 26 years old and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I dipped my toes into the world of fitness when I was in college in hopes of feeling better in my skin and it changed my world not just physically but mentally. I decided to start training because I wanted the opportunity to help other women gain the strength and empowerment that I found through fitness. I am now a full time personal trainer and have been able to work with over 100 clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

Workout Guides

  • Not sure what to do when you get the gym? These programs are prewritten guides to help you navigate the gym and not scramble to figure out which exercise to do next. If you know what your goals are but you are walking into the gym with no plan, no idea what exercise to do next, and aren’t seeing any progress, then a structured workout plan will be a game changer for you. I have 3 different workout guides to help you get on track in the gym and keep you structured so that you can start to see progress. These are fit for any level of skill at the gym.

ONE ON ONE Training

  • If you are looking for personal 1 on 1 training with a coach to walk with you every step of the way this is for you. With personal training you will get assistance in macronutrients and setting up a meal plan, a full personalized training program, and most importantly you will have access to real time coaching from me to hold you accountable, cheer you on, and support you throughout your journey.

Custom 10 week program

  • If you don’t need the support from a coach but aren’t sure what to do when you get to the gym or aren’t seeing progress and need a structured program written to fit your needs a custom program is a great fit for you. The custom fitness program is a 10 week workout program written for you based off of your goals, and fitness level.

MY journey

Before I started taking my health and fitness seriously I didn’t feel happy in my own skin. I was doing nothing to take care of myself physically or mentally and I had no self confidence. I though that my genetics would prevent me from ever feeling confident in my body. My main goal when I started going to the gym was only to look good, but once I started to feel the mindset changes and internal confidence that I was getting from taking care of my body and moving I knew that fitness was going to be a part of my life forever. I decided to start coaching because fitness truly changed my life, and being able to be there for my clients and coach them and cheer them on through their own journey brings me so much happiness.
