The Back Into It Program is a program I wrote for myself after taking a long hiatus from the gym. This is an 8 week program with leg, glute, upper body, core, cardio, and HIIT style workouts. It is great for anyone who is either trying to “get back into” the gym or who is brand new to the gym and just getting started. The results I saw following this program were incredible and I am so excited to share it with you!
This is a 10 week custom fitness program designed to fit YOU. It includes a full workout plan for each week, instructions on how to perform each exercise, a guide to counting and tracking macros, and a recipe book with my favorite, easy, macro-friendly recipes. This is a personalized program, so every workout will be written specially to fit your goals, skill level, and style.
This is an 8 week guide focused on glute growth. It includes 3 leg/glute focused workouts each week, tips and tricks for each exercise, glute activation exercises and more! For this program you will need access to a gym.
This is an 8 week full upper body workout guide. It includes 3 workouts per week with sets reps and tips to perform each exercise. For this workout program you will need access to dumbbells or a gym.
The personal training program is the entire training package. Clients will receive a personalized fitness program based off of their own goals including exercises with instructions, warm up/cool down, stretching, and a place to track your progress. Also including is nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and an open door policy for communication and real time coaching through your fitness journey. My personal training program is a 3 month commitment to yourself. If this sounds like the type of support you are looking for and you are ready to commit to yourself this is the program for you!
