Back Into It Program
The Back Into It Program is a program I wrote for myself after taking a long hiatus from the gym. This is an 8 week program with leg, glute, upper body, core, cardio, and HIIT style workouts. It is great for anyone who is either trying to “get back into” the gym or who is brand new to the gym and just getting started.
