Personal Training
The personal training program is the entire training package. Clients will receive a personalized fitness program based off of their own goals including exercises with instructions, warm up/cool down, stretching, and a place to track your progress. Also including is nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and an open door policy for communication and real time coaching through your fitness journey. My personal training program is a 3 month commitment to yourself. If this sounds like the type of support you are looking for and you are ready to commit to yourself this is the program for you! (cost is monthly)
